Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from The Country Table, operated by J E Torr Pty Ltd T/as The Country Table (ABN 38 908 528 013), based in Tamworth, NSW, Australia.

Orders and availability

Please check the item, quantity, delivery address and order total before submitting an order. Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. One-of-one products are individual pieces with limited stock; adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable goods and any applicable delivery charge. We will not substitute a different piece without your agreement.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges and any applicable discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be confirmed before dispatch. Only payment methods shown in an enabled checkout are offered; payments are not currently enabled while this store is being prepared for launch.

If an error affects a product listing or order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not increase the price of a placed order without your agreement; if we cannot proceed on agreed terms, we will refund amounts paid.

Product descriptions and timber character

Please read the description, dimensions and finish information for each piece. Timber grain, colour and natural markings vary, and screen settings can affect colour appearance. These natural differences do not excuse goods that are faulty, unsafe or materially different from their description. A one-of-one listing describes an individual piece; no identical replacement is promised.

Shipping and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery areas, charges and normal dispatch times. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order. If it has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds policy applies. For custom or personalised work, contact us to discuss the stage of production and any cancellation arrangements agreed for that order. Nothing here limits a right to cancel or obtain a remedy under law.

Consumer rights

The Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian laws apply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains statutory remedies and our separate change-of-mind policy.

Use our Contact page for order enquiries. These terms may be updated for future orders; the terms applying when an order is placed govern that order, subject to applicable law.
