Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping charges

Standard Australian shipping is A$12 per order. Qualifying merchandise orders of A$200 or more receive free standard shipping automatically; no promotional code is needed. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Dispatch and delivery

Finished, in-stock products are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any different timeframe for a custom or personalised order will be agreed separately.

We pack products carefully for transport and supply tracking information where available. Dispatch time is separate from carrier delivery time. Delivery timing varies with destination and carrier conditions; we do not guarantee an exact arrival date.

Delivery enquiries

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If an address needs correcting, an order is delayed, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will help investigate delivery issues. Our Returns & Refunds policy and your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.
